ahh man that just what we needed, another paratrooper. AIRBOURNE.....HOOAH. Your post made me think of my first jump at my unit.

IT was a night jump we were operating with the People army of india or something and my seargent saided it's "it's okay, Go!!" oh yeah, four or so seconds after the green light turned red. I find myself jetacending my ruck going into the trees, when that's a no, no. Oh yeah, I was scared, but I held my own by god. Nevertheless, I missed Ops that night, had to crash in the woods by myself while I waited on riggers to cut the tree down my ruck got stuck in the next morning...HAHAHA, fun times.
