First off, Boxer boys, I in no way intend to come on your boards doing some self promotion, but I could use some feedback. I have started a cafepress store to provide woodsball and scenario players with off field apparel. I found that the market is really lacking in this area, and why should the tournament guys get all the cool stuff? Please check out my store and then let me know what you think. My questions are these, Would you rather see more text based designs or more graphic based designs? Would you rather see more comical, serious, or just whatever? As far as serious graphics go, do you like simple and precise or more abstract artsy stuff? All input will be greatly appreciated and taken to heart. Thanks so much! Shane P.S. Mods, if this needs to be moved, please feel free to and sorry for the misplacement. EDIT: HAHA, might help if I tell y'all the link huh? Sorry. www.cafepress.com/sspaintball

mrmeticulous, your doing good with what ya got as it is.
I like the position tees, and would'nt mind gettin one of the I came I saw I conquered tees when the timne is right.
I'd like to see some more comical tees and would'nt mind seein a artsy one here and there. I personally love hip hop, and to see a paintball tee with some graffiti on it or some cartoon characters would be pretty cool.
I hope that helps alittle, atleast from my perspective. Out.

"Would you rather see more text based designs or more graphic based designs? Would you rather see more comical, serious, or just whatever? As far as serious graphics go, do you like simple and precise or more abstract artsy stuff?" 1. I think you would do better with a lot more graphics and adding some text. Scenario players are not really going to be into the abstract artsy stuff, so stick with the bad @$$ graphic designs. Camo backgrounds for some, Urban hip hop flavor for others like MG.....but a common theme is that it looks pretty nasty. Team Demon Nation has a nice design for their uniforms....they have a Demon holding two smoking paintball pistols....again, you get the idea.
2. Then you should have a comic line....they always sell well. I can't think of that big store in SouthPark Mall. They have a whole wall full of tshirts that will make you roll over and laugh. I'm sure you could do some searches on the internet and get some ideas. Actually the one you had on your website with the stick figure running from the tank was pretty funny.
Otherwise you have some nice products on your website....once you get the word out about your business, I'm sure you'll get a lot of customers. Just keep marketing yourself.

Thanks so much for the help guys. I really appreciate the feedback and have a couple new ideas kicking around now. MGB, it's funny you say graffiti, because I used to do a little bit of taggin' back in the day. Seoul, I have been racking my brain over some more comical stuff, but it's hard to come up with new paintball comedy that hasn't been played out like the whole "I got balls", "How are my balls on your face?", "Blah, blah, balls, blah!" stuff. I'm working on it though. I'll keep you guys informed. Thanks again.

Man I use to tag as well, growin up in harlem that was the norm, I would draw all day in "class" . ;D Anyway, I would love to see some team boxer apparel in camo graffiti with some paint splatters here and there, maybe a catchie phrase about the weekend. I agree about the more serious and if your familair with IMAGE, (the comic book company) type of graphics and clearity that would really be a winner.....hey maybe I should, naw hahaha J/k keep doin ya thing man and keep us posted. Out

Oh yeah MGB, I definitely know about some IMAGE comics. Spawn, WildC.A.T.S., Maxx & Pitt! All killer artwork. Quick overview...Cafepress is kinda steep on their prices as far as what their base price is. My markup on each shirt is only between 2-3 dollars (I gotta try and make something off them). I'm trying to see which designs get the most interest, and couple that with the feedback I get from players like y'all and then start getting them printed up locally so I can offer them at a lower price than Cafepress. So there's that.
