Hello Callsign Boxer! This is Spectere. Commander of the Carolina Sabers. Our first event was at Operation Shining Shield. We played against you guys. Some of your memebers have registered and contributed to our board, so I wanted to make sure I was registered to keep up with happenings and events.
Now here's my question. Does the Charlotte Paintball Alliance have a web site? How organized is the group? We are planning on going to Fulda Gap this year as well as Keh Sahn(sp?) in April. One goal we have for next year is D-Day in Oklahoma.
Thanks.

What up Spectere, welcome to our forum. Hope everything is going well with Team Sabers. I'll let command give you more info. on the CPA and other scenarios, but another scenario you might want to consider is Invasion of Normandy (I.O.N) at Skirmish P.A. They broke D-Days record for players last year with 4300 shooters. It will be in July and I will probably attend this year. I will definitely have to test out DDay sometime though. Welcome again.

I guess I would like to welcome you to our little corner of the world here. At this time, I do not believe that there is a specific website for the alliance. At this point it is more or less a joining of forces to one side or another at major events. Just the same as many other teams do when they go to large events. This is just a little more formal in that we all live relatively close to each other as well. Hopefully I atleast half way answered your question.

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLO Sir, and welcome to our side of the world, let me answer you question about CPA, so far there are only 3 team working on this little project officially(Recon~1, E.PI.C. and us) and few members from M.A.D plays with us of from time to time. We haven't done much with the Alliance Concept yet (so, no there is no Website), but basicly it's just a group on teams in this area that will make every attempt to play on the same side during events such as Fulda, Shining Shield or whatever. Your group in more than welcome to role with Boxer where ever we go that being said, I would like to invite you to be on the WARSAW Pact Side during this year Fulda, this will keep you in the loop through out the entire game.

Thanks for the info guys. Runaway, we will definitely have to start teaming up. Last time we played on the JCF for Operation Shining Shield. We will have to see if we can move over to the other side. Our website has a good calendar of the events that we will hopefully be attending. I know that everyone is up for Khe Sanh and Fulda Gap. The Site for signing up for events at Command Decisions is not working. I'm gathering our troops up and going to register us as one group. We are going to request the Vietcong for that one and Warsaw Pact for Fulda.
Thanks and see ya on the field!

Welcome Spectre!
It's good to get hooked up with another group of paint throwers in the Charlotte metro area.
This year I am going to be the General for the Warsaw Pact and would love to have you guys fighting alongside the valiant warriors of the motherland.
We have lined up a bunch of great teams so you can be sure of running with a great bunch of guys.
If you are interested in playing a major role on the Warsaw Pact side let either myself or Runaway know and we can get you looped into what is happening.
We really want to help CD grow this game into something approaching OK D-Day. We may never get the same type of numbers but in terms of intensity, complexity, and BIG FUN we plan to get this game right up there.
Let us know.
