About Our Patch
What we know as unit patches today has their origins in the Coats of Arms of old. They are meaningful symbols that incorporate the history and achievements of the units who wear them and serve as a reminder to all who come afterward of the expectation they are challenged to live up to. Some teams may choose a badge design because it looks cool, others because it’s what everyone else does, you start a team you get a badge. But when you join Team Boxer, know that our badge has a history that you will be helping to create. Each element of our coat of arms has a specific meaning; will you be the one who adds to that rich legacy? The Boxer head pays tribute to the founding members of Call Sign: Boxer and their faithful canine companions (all of whom happened to be Boxers!): Yellow Jacket, Bam Bam, Runaway and SmokinJoe. It is because of their inspiration and hard work that Team Boxer exists today. The diagonal line behind the Boxer's head represents Phase Line Buffalo, the line we will always endeavor to hold against the rising tide of our opponents no matter what the odds. The shield itself represents our motto “To Guard and Protect!” which is a mission that we as an organization will always take great pride in excelling at. This is who we are. This is Team Boxer!
