Fire Team Phoenix represents the best Boxer has to offer. These are our most proficient and dedicated paintballers. Based loosely on US Special forces, Phoenix is a by invitation only element and is not open to new Boxer recruits. Membership within Phoenix must be earned.
To become a part of team Phoenix you must first be a tenured member of Boxer in good standing. You are then nominated to Phoenix based on a proven track record of excellence and long term consistency.
Phoenix represents Boxer paintball evolved to its highest state.

Phoenix, falls officially under my Command, But Phoenix is run in the sprint of US Special Force, we are often called on to be force multipliers, meaning we are split up to do specific duties, such as command and control, ambush and recon, demo and as you well know Marco Long Range Recon. We basically feel in the gaps. To follow up on my first commit, each member in this element as with all Boxer members have a voice and we sit down and discuss our missions and come up with the best plan available. This element is our Mil-Sim unit.
